ROCK-XL is our latest product brand on the market. Designed for large commercial projects where holes can be drilled from 2.5”- 5” in diameter, this grout works at a greater pressure and its slower set time reduces the risk of blowouts. The advantages are less drilling and less product required to do bigger jobs, saving you money.
Small cracks can begin to appear as early as 6 hours but waiting 3 - 5 days will result in more extensive and wider cracks. Expansion/cracking can occur for up to 2 weeks. In cooler weather, expansion and cracking is slower.

The following drill patterns are only recommended as a guide:
ROCK-X is perfect for small to medium sized projects, where 1” – 2” diameter holes are drilled. Small cracks can begin to appear as early as 6 hours, however, waiting for 12 – 48 hours will result in more extensive and wider cracks. Expansion/cracking can occur for up to 2 weeks. In cooler weather, expansion and cracking is slower.
