ROCK-X is a high-performance expanding demolition grout designed for controlled rock and concrete breaking. Engineered for 1"–2" diameter holes, it provides powerful expansive force to fracture rock and concrete without blasting, making it a safe, quiet, and vibration-free solution for foundation excavation, trenching, boulder removal, quarrying, and demolition.

Performance Time: Small cracks may begin to appear in as little as 12 hours. For maximum crack width and complete rock fracturing, allow up to 48 hours, depending on rock type, hole pattern, and ambient temperature.

ROCK-X is available in three formulations to suit different ambient temperatures, ensuring reliable expansion and consistent performance in a variety of climates. 

Type 1 is recommended for warm weather (25–40°C / 77–104°F), 

Type 2 for moderate temperatures (10–25°C / 50–77°F), 

Type 3 for cold conditions (-5–10°C / 23–50°F). 

Selecting the correct type for the air temperature helps achieve optimal cracking performance.
