Elvis Rocks! Breaking Through History with ROCK-X

Massive boulders. Zero blasting. One legendary job site.

At Rock Busters, you know we’re no strangers to tough terrain. But this project has been one for the books! We’re currently working on a property once tied to none other than the famous king himself: Elvis Presley, and the amount of buried rocks and boulders we’ve uncovered is nothing short of legendary.

After the teardown of some old tennis courts on the estate, the real challenge revealed itself: an insane volume of dense boulders hiding just beneath the surface. And we’re not talking about a few rocks here and thereβ€”we mean truckloads of serious stone standing between this property and its next chapter.

No Blasting Allowed? Not a Problem.

Because of the historical significance of the siteβ€”and strict environmental and neighborhood guidelinesβ€”blasting was completely off the table. That’s where our expertise came in.

Instead of defaulting to noisy hammer attachments or invasive excavation, we opted with our go-to solution for clean, controlled rock removal:
πŸ‘‰ ROCK-X Demolition Grout

This powerful, non-explosive grout is engineered to split boulders from the inside out with zero noise, no vibration, and no environmental fallout. It allows us to break rock silently and safelyβ€”even when working near structures or on legacy land.

Breaking Records in Boulder Removal

We’ve used ROCK-X and our ROCK Demon Splitter many times before, but this site tested their full power. With dozens upon dozens of massive boulders hiding below the surface, our team has been steadily splitting, lifting, and hauling stone like it’s a full-time job (because it is).

The scope of rock on this job is a big oneβ€”and we’re just getting started.

More Behind the Scenes Coming Soon

We’ve captured the before-and-after of our initial boulder breaking and will be sharing more updates and work progress as the site transforms. From the legacy of Elvis to the future of the property, this job is a perfect mix of rock history and rock removal.

Want to see how Rock Busters does demolition differently?
Stick with us. More updates are coming soonβ€”and trust us, you’ll want to see how this one ends.
